AMULETS. A amulet have a quality reminiscent of precious jewellery suspended within a frame. They are based on tribal talismans and my interest with the "Wounded Healer" Archetype. It is important to me that the works appear visually interesting, as well as having depth, so that people will always see something new when looking at the piece. Amulets can be created to reflect elements of your life, or as a treasured gift for another person. They can incorporate your own sentimental and symbolic objects. Single earrings, photos, semi-precious stones and beads, shells - to name but a few. Amulets are usually worked to commission.
